Board of Directors

Sachin Aggarwal, Chief Executive Officer, Teledata Technology Solutions (TTS) US Operations, has held this position since January 2007. Prior to joining TTS, Sachin co-founded Soltius, Inc., a premier ERP Tier-1 consulting company headquartered in Singapore with operations in 10 countries across globe. Sachin is an accomplished leader, visionary and has sharp business acumen. He has led both organic and inorganic growth for the company. Sachin possesses over fifteen years of experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, business development, setting up centers of excellence, mergers and acquisitions and consultative sales. Sachin holds a B.S. (Honors) degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.

Steve Smith, Chief Financial Officer, Teledata Technology Solutions (TTS) US Operations, has been with TTS US Operations for more than seven years. Steve holds a B.S. degree in Finance from San Diego State University and an MBA in Accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and has over 27 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to TTS, Steve was the Vice President of Finance for a workers’ compensation subsidiary of Health Net. Steve has strong experience in acquisitions, system conversions and financial planning.

Nitin Patil, Sr. Vice President - Business Development and Delivery, Teledata Technology Solutions (TTS) US Operations, has over 20 years of experience in strategy, ERP markets, business development and operations. Nitin has worked with Mastek Ltd. and Satyam Computer Services Ltd. in the areas of business development, new markets development and competency practices. Nitin has a University Ranker in Masters in Commerce and an MBA from Pune University. He has also attended several management courses including Management Psychology, Negotiation Skills, and Sales and Marketing through Harvard University.

Sean M. Chawla, Chairman and CEO, is co-founder of Abaris, Inc. and executes the Abaris vision. Sean has over ten years of experience in the information technology industry and has worked in the Oracle Applications environment for more than six years. Sean’s multi-tiered consultative experience spans the functional, technical, and project management facets in systems integration. His accomplishments as implementer, project manager, and project advisor provide a solid foundation on which Abaris builds its high standards in quality and customer service. Sean has consistently created strategic and value driven partnerships for Abaris’s customers and suppliers throughout the last seven years.

Michael A. Bilotta, Chief Operating Officer, has over fifteen years of experience in information technology industry, including cross-functional line experience in manufacturing, distribution, finance, and supply chain management. Michael’s expertise and contribution to Abaris include the deployment, monitoring, and execution of strategic vision, value chain / delivery methodologies, customer service, information technology, and quality assurance. Michael has over ten years of working experience with Oracle Applications, specializing in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain management, and application extensions. Michael has over six years of experience in project management, system implementation methodology, and system solutions for most industry verticals.

Michael K. Ishida, Executive Vice President of Sales, has over ten years of experience in staff augmentation, Information Technology, and Oracle enterprise applications. Michael has also played a key role in establishing and growing successful Oracle consulting and resource management firms. Co-Founder of Grace Equity IT (Abaris, Inc. staffing division), Michael is widely considered one of the best sources in the United States for locating Oracle talent. Michael co-manages Abaris’ strategic vision, market positioning, and sales strategy.

Tom Ferrero, Director of Consulting, has over ten years of management experience in IT Consulting, systems integration, and enterprise applications.  For the past ten years, he has strategically leveraged his knowledge of Oracle Applications in the areas of Finance, Distribution, and Customer Relationship Management.  Tom has working experience on over twenty five Oracle technology projects during his career, including the latest technologies such as applications, version 11i10. His Oracle project experience includes project management and advisory roles, and implementations in six countries, and the vertical markets of Service, Energy, Life Science, Construction, Finance, Public Sector, and more. 

Jason Grimm, Director of Technical Services, has over ten years of information technology experience. Jason has successfully managed and delivered consistent results in the areas of business applications, help desk management, and database services. Jason directs Abaris’s database and technical services, and has provided proven results and customer service at Abaris for over three years. Jason oversees all strategic and operational aspects of Abaris’s Remote Services division, as well as Abaris, Inc.’s Information Technology management.
