The best talent is acquired through first-hand knowledge of individual talent and referrals. If an existing employee refers a candidate that Abaris ultimately hires, the referring employee is entitled to 2% of the gross billings of the referred employee for as long as they both remain with Abaris. For example, if you are an employee and you refer a candidate who is hired and whose bill rate is $100/hr, you will be entitled to $2/hr for each hour the candidate is billable. If you refer 10 employees, you could potentially receive $20/hr assuming all of the resources are billable.
