Management Philosophy
As a manager at Abaris your primary responsibility will be to support all of the employees reporting to you. This inverse relationship, we feel, is critical to the effectiveness of our consultants in the field. In addition to the manager performing reviews on their staff, the staff will also perform reviews on their manager.
